Hanover had the pleasure of being joined by Chikere Igbokwe, an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Leader. Founder of Allyship, a community for Allies to connect, learn and fully understand the discrimination faced by minority groups an Inclucive, a Diversity & Inclusion Consultancy.
Chikere gave an insightful presentation and educated us on microaggressions, privileges and how to be a change agent. We all have a responsibility and the ability to make the world a better place for all.
