Who we are and what we do
We are a brand that builds strong connections with our customers. Over two decades in executive search recruitment has led to a global team offering, with 70 plus employees across our European headquarters in London, and offices across Europe, US and operating in Asia. Our people work in a collaborative, friendly, specialist manner, our knowledge comes from our hunger to learn, our depth of research on behalf of our clients, and from our experienced partners many who come from senior leadership roles within the industry.
We are a brand that aims to provide continued relevance, hence rebranding to ‘Hanover’ towards the end of 2019, diversifying our solutions to fulfil our customers’ needs from Executive Search Recruitment, to include Leadership Solutions, Market Intelligence and Career Management. We strive to provide ‘stand out’ customer service through hand-picked teams of specialists that deliver our global talent solutions regionally entirely in house. We are there to deliver where you are – we are your global supplier of talent solutions.
