The situation & Approach
The Executive Leadership Team needed to plan succession for executive roles and develop and engage high-potential leaders. Working closely with them, we created a set of scaled leadership behaviours then assessed nominated individuals against them using in-depth behavioural interviews and personality profiling. Detailed individual feedback reports and in-depth feedback and coaching enabled participants to increase their self-awareness and better understand how to leverage their strengths and close critical development gaps. We worked with them to build a clear succession pipeline and leadership development plan.
