Hanover's Online Event: The challenges of recruiting and employing neurodivergent individuals
Hanover had the honour of being joined by Ian Iceton a freelance Consultant on HR, People,
D&I, and Pension issues.
Ian’s presentation was on ‘The challenges of recruiting and employing Neurodivergent individuals’. He emphasised the importance for organisations to go beyond Diversity and truly embrace Inclusion and Belonging with a particular focus on Neurodiversity. Ian covered a whole host of related topics including detailed information about what neurodiversity is and how employers can support neurodivergent recruitment and employment.
Ian’s summary was spot on ‘Diversity is being invited to the party, Inclusion is being asked to dance and Belonging is dancing like no-one is watching’.
