In 2022, Cedric joined Hanover's New York office to support the executive search function. As part of his role, Cedric is responsible for identifying exceptional talent on retained, senior-level searches nationwide and developing new client relationships. His previous experience sourcing high-level executives across various industries for mega-funds and middle-market private equity firms has equipped him with the skills needed to deliver results that meet the unique needs of each client. Cedric graduated from Brown University, where he studied business economics and played for the men's basketball team.
