Joe is a Partner at Hanover and specialises in mid to senior assignments across private equity and their portfolio companies. With over 11 years of experience, Joe has worked across multiple disciplines, particularly within Private Equity, Energy Transition and Asset Management. Prior to joining Hanover, Joe worked for a boutique where he was an Associate Director in their Investment Search team.
What gives you meaning at work?
No two days are the same in executive search and being able to have such a varied role provides both opportunity and challenges. For me, being able to positively impact someone’s life or a client’s business through problem solving, providing advice or by making a strategic hire keeps me motivated, which is ultimately why I have spent more than a decade in recruitment and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
