Bio
Lindsay joined Hanover’s New York City office in 2023 as a Senior Associate, and specializes in supporting our insurance clients. In her previous role, Lindsay performed executive search for pre-IPO startup clients across the technology industry, focusing on marketing, engineering and finance. Originally from Pennsylvania, Lindsay attended Penn State University and graduated with a BS in Biology.
What is your biggest asset?
My biggest asset is my patience. I believe that patience leads to a greater understanding of other people, and allows me to make deeper and more meaningful connections.
How do you build great relationships with your clients and candidates?
I think it’s important to be transparent. Honesty and clarity go a long way in building trust with clients and candidates, which is the foundation of every great relationship.
