Her career began as a telecommunications technician in the United States Army, specializing in satellite communications. Following her military service, Patricia transitioned to the legal field, where she worked on mass tort litigation. A skilled networker, she joined Hanover in 2019, leveraging her passion for matching top-performing and rising professionals with the right career moves.
